I am super sick with some kind of hideous cold/flu-type thing today :( but have managed to drag myself out of bed for awhile, as in some ways, lying around in my pyjamas all day makes me feel grotty and worse. So here I am! all rugged up on the couch and chock full of painkillers, because I am ridiculously achy all over and every time I cough I feel as though my head is going to explode clear off my body. Awesome.
Anyway! Enough about my ailments. I realised that I never did a part II to my Venice (part I) post from a little while ago and so, in the interests of not having to write too much (because I can't actually think very well right now and keep forming weird sentences when speaking, much to D's bemusement (I can't fault him for that, it is kind of funny) - and even this lame little post has taken me an inordinate amount of time!), here 'tis ... !
Hello sweetpea...ugh we are both sick then (curse those germs!). I can so relate and felt it was timely for me to get out of bed and look at some beautiful blog images. Yours never EVER disappoint. So evocative. We did go to Venice a few years back; unlike anywhere ever. Lou x
ReplyDeleteSo, so beautiful. When I lived in Ireland, one of my housemates was from Venice. Could you imagine growing up with this as your backyard?! The picture of the gondolier with his head down is just like a postcard. You've mad skillz, Natasha.
