On Saturday night, D and I donned approximately 47 layers of clothing between us and then made our way very slowly (crap traffic, as per usual) into the city to see the Vivid Sydney festival. The light display on Customs House was by far the coolest, the various light installations were just okay and I couldn't get a decent shot of the Opera House for the life of me. As it is, the below images were taken at some insanely high ISO in the absence of a tripod (although I must admit that I was kind of relieved not to have one given the huge crowds, even if it meant that I had to compromise somewhat on photo quality. Ah, there's always next year!).

I think these came out really well - love all the colours :)

I'm always in awe of your pictures - they are truly gorgeous - and these are so vibrant and punchy, you really capture a feel for any given moment so wonderfully through your lens.
